The Clinical Trainer is responsible for equipping our growing network of partner doctors with the right skills and tools to perform clear aligner therapy for their Zenyum patients. This individual is passionate about working in the healthcare industry, and enjoys interacting with clinical and non-clinical staff on a daily basis.Responsibilities include:- Clinical onboarding and training for partners dentists to educate them on Zenyum clear aligner products
- Driving value to our partner doctors through mentorship, education and clinical support to ensure clinical excellence and ultimately, patient and doctor satisfaction.
- Educating internal teams about dentistry and clear aligner therapy
- Work alongside Partnerships Managers to scale up Zenyum Taiwan's dental operations and presence by reinforcing relationships with new and existing partners doctors.
- Periodically review, update, propose improved training processes to ensure efficient educational material for our partner doctors and nurses.
- Preparation of monthly and quarterly insights on education, training and reports for internal teams
We'd Love To See That You Have:- Bachelor of Dental Surgery/Dental Science (or equivalent)
- Effective communication skills
- To be a fast learner
- Collaborative
- Ability to build rapport and trust with our partner doctors
- To travel to other region or countries based on business needs
- Written and verbal proficiency in Chinese and English
