Main ResponsibilitiesRepresent brands in the markets in the Taiwan regionLead Taiwan’s efforts across the markets organize and consult stakeholders, including peers and managers, to understand existing data and perspectives before decisions are madeBuild and manage relationships with key clients and agency partnersWork on account management plans in close collaboration with account managersSpot market opportunities for new customers to advertise on brandsEducate media agencies and direct clients on brand’s advertising through on-site presentations and one-on-one trainingsAttend meetings with other senior members of the business of Httpool and brandsAttend industry events and conferences to generate new business leadsCome up with new ideas to improve customer service standardsCreate a sales forecast and deliver monthly
Core and Functional Skills and KnowledgeMaster’s degree, in Business Administration, Economics, Digital Marketing or similar10+ years of work experience either in digital media, sales/business management or within a sales organization focused on large and strategic international accountsStrong understanding of the digital marketplace and the competitive landscape in which we operatePassionate and accountable individual that will exemplify the values and responsibilities of the brands sales strategyCapacity to create a strong social and professional tie within the local advertising industry and the local business communityAbility to think creatively, sell strategically, solve problems proactively, develop and enhance customer relationshipsConfident negotiator with excellent presentation skills, attention to detail, and a bias for proactively resolving issuesAbility to prioritize and are comfortable managing multiple sales pitches and projectsExperienced, able and determined to build and manage a major business opportunityEfficient communicator internally and externally with excellent communication skills in English and MandarinPositive attitude with a drive to go above and beyond
