Responsibilities:
Execute license compliance audits for existing clients including planning, execution and reporting activities which includes data analytics, licensee/client interviews, and preparation of client deliverables.
Manage multiple projects across multiple clients across the globe
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through quality execution of reviews and timely communication
Bring technical and practical knowledge to the execution and oversight of audits
Participate in sales pursuits for royalty and license compliance initiatives
Stay current with the trends in the relevant industries and compliance auditing

Requirements
Ability to adapt to different licensee conditions and cultural differences while executing audits globally.
Strong communication skills - ability to articulate verbally and in writing.
Ability to work with global team across multiple time zones with flexibility.
Strong project management skillset, and ability to handle multiple conflicting priorities with different stakeholders.
Strong data analytics capability, in excel and other data tools.
Ability to handle difficult people, uncomfortable situation, and work well under pressure.
Out of the box thinking, ability to grasp new concept and adapt to new circumstances quickly.
Professional and personable demeanor.
Hard working, detail oriented and ability to work well independently and in a team environment.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite with strong Excel skills
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or equivalent required
MBA/CPA/CA, or other relevant certification is not required, but a plus.
25%-35%+ domestic and international travel required.
Taiwan/ China - Mandarin fluency required.
