Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Key Account Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing and growing key customer accounts, ensuring their needs are met, identifying new business opportunities, and acquiring new customers. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of managing key accounts in the electronics industry.
Responsibilities
- Development and cultivation of new or existing customers to achieve sales target.
- Service existing customers and liaise with suppliers to meet customers’ needs.
- Constantly promote and market new products to increase sales.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and foster strong relationships with suppliers to support daily sales activities.
- Manage and respond promptly to customers' negotiations and requests.
- Prepare reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing information.
- Collect feedback from customers or prospects and share it with the internal team.
- Other duties or projects, as assigned.
