Job Description

Position: Customer Service Executive.
Budget is good.
Experience: 0 to 20.
Working Days & Hours: Mon to Sun, 5 days rotation Shift 24*7 with two days off.

Job Description:
- To be based in Taiwan (NO WFH), hence we are looking for native Taiwanese for this role.
- We are accepting Taiwanese graduates, or candidates with experience working in Taiwan as well.
- We aren't covering for relocation fees.
- Can speak Mandarin and English.
- Nonvoice support role, hence their Mandarin writing skill will be tested.
- Assessment - English translation test, Mandarin and English writing test.
- This is a non-voice (email) role, job scope can be repetitive in nature.
