Roles and Responsibilities:
Source and identify qualified candidates for various positions through job boards, social media, employee referrals, and other channels.
Create and manage job postings across various platforms.
Develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates.
Conduct initial screenings and shortlist suitable candidates.
Perform initial phone interviews to assess candidates' qualifications.
Assist in the onboarding process of new hires when required.
Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to facilitate a smooth recruitment process.
Monitor and report on recruitment metrics.
Job Specification
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience in recruitment or a similar role.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and ADP.
Expertise in sourcing techniques and social media platforms.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Fluency in Mandarin is essential.
