- Assist line manager in project administration in a proactive, accurate, and timely manner.
- Understand clients’ brands, products, services, and requirements.
- Understand HYPEBEAST products, services, and requirements.
- Collect competitive research and prepare reports.
- Handle clients' and vendors' financial and payment processes.
- Set up meetings, prepare agendas, and take meeting minutes to ensure all parties are on the same page of project status.
- Work closely with peers across departments and disciplines to deliver the work from ideation to completion, including but not limited to Creative, Editorial, and Production teams.
- Assist in developing large-scale briefs and independently develop small-scale project briefs to internal.
Requirements:
- Major in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or relevant areas.
- Passionate to the advertising and media industry.
- Internet savvy and familiar with fashion, beauty, sportswear, and youth culture.
- Be able to multi-task.
- Highly detail-orientated, be able to handle complicated projects with a clear mind.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in Microsoft Office and Keynote.
- Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and fluent in written amp; oral English.
