Position Overview:
We are actively seeking a seasoned and highly skilled Senior Oracle ASCP (Advanced Supply Chain Planning) and Order Management Consultant with a minimum of 10 years of experience. This role is pivotal in leading the implementation, optimization, and continuous improvement of Oracle ASCP and Order Management modules to elevate our supply chain and order fulfillment capabilities.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning:
- Lead the strategic planning for Oracle ASCP and Order Management implementations.
- Provide expert guidance on leveraging ASCP to enhance overall supply chain efficiency.
- Implementation Excellence:
- Oversee end-to-end implementation and configuration of Oracle ASCP and Order Management modules.
- Ensure alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices.
- Mentorship and Leadership:
- Act as a mentor to junior team members, sharing expertise and industry insights.
- Provide leadership in designing and implementing scalable solutions.
- Complex Problem Resolution:
- Tackle complex supply chain challenges and provide innovative solutions.
- Address intricate issues related to ASCP and Order Management effectively.
- Integration and Collaboration:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ASCP and Order Management with other Oracle modules and external systems.
- Facilitate seamless data flow and interoperability.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Implement best practices and drive continuous improvement initiatives in supply chain processes.
- Identify and execute opportunities for optimization.
- User Training and Support:
- Conduct advanced training sessions for end-users and junior consultants.
- Provide escalated support and act as a point of contact for complex issues.
- Upgrade Management:
- Lead efforts in upgrading ASCP and Order Management modules to newer versions.
- Stay abreast of Oracle updates and recommend enhancements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in implementing and supporting Oracle ASCP and Order Management modules.
- Expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and broader Oracle supply chain modules.
- Proven leadership and mentorship capabilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Oracle ASCP and Order Management certification.
