Position purpose:
Reporting to Talent amp; Excitement Manager, this role will be responsible for assisting LUXASIA Taiwan in establishing and maintaining an effective human resources management system to ensure smooth operations of recruitment, employee relations, and learning amp; development functions. Assisting in the execution of HR strategies to meet the LUXASIA Taiwan's talent needs and enhance employee satisfaction.
Key responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and select high-quality candidates.
- Write job postings, advertise on recruitment websites and social media, and participate in interviews and candidate screening processes.
- Build and maintain a candidate database for swift response to the company's recruitment needs.
Employee Relations Maintenance:
- Assist in handling employee issues and complaints and participate in resolving workplace disputes.
- Foster team building and collaboration to ensure a positive work environment.
- Monitor and assess employee satisfaction, provide improvement suggestions, and participate in employee surveys.
Learning amp; Development:
- Assist in developing and executing education and training programs to enhance employee skills and career development opportunities.- Manage the day-to-day arrangements for training activities, including selecting training providers, course content, and training venues.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and propose improvements to ensure training objectives are met.
- Follow HQ’s Lamp;D department's training guidelines and collaborate in training courses execution.

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of work experience in human resources management or head-hunting agency field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with recruitment processes and interview techniques.
• Basic knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Proficiency in office software and HR management tools.
• Fluent in both Chinese and English, both written and spoken.
• Passionate at Beauty / Consumer industry.
