Human Resources Generalist (Taiwan)

• In charge of Taiwan recruitment. Work closely with hiring managers and the headquarter teams to understand job requirements, qualifications, and organizational needs. Screen resumes, arrange interviews and reference checks, and extend offers.
• Collaborate with department heads to ensure all new hires are aligned with their departmental goals and objectives.
• Process onboarding and termination process for employees. Ensure the accuracy and smoothness of the transition.
• Develop and implement HR policies, training modules and materials, adapting them to employees’ needs.
• Administer payroll and employee benefit programs. Verify the accuracy of employee timesheets, respond to inquiries, maintain records and files, and ensure compliance with local regulations.
• Perform routine tasks required to run HR programs including, but not limited to, compensation, benefits, and leave; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management and development; productivity and morale; and occupational health and safety.
• Handle employment-related inquiries from applicants and employees. Provide support in employee relations by handling employee inquiries, conducting investigations, and assisting in conflict resolution.
• Ensure legal compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations.
• Handle and support office administrative work.
• Assist with Taiwan facility setup.
• Flexible and willing to perform other tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field preferred.
• 3+ years of working experience in Human Resources.
• Must be familiar with Taiwan Labor Laws
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency.
• Able to work with minimum supervision.
• English proficiency: Able to communicate with headquarter teams.
